City Council Primer: A Budget, Bakeries and Discrimination

A look at some of the items on the agenda for Creve Coeur's City Council on Monday June 25, 2012.

Creve Coeur's City Council meets at 7:00 p.m. at the to consider legislation including the following:

  • Adoption of a 14,476,793 budget for the 2012-2013 fiscal year which begins July 1.
  • A proposed text amendment allowing for commercial bakeries to be housed on less than 4 acres of land in areas zoned "mixed use".
  • Under an ordinance proposed by Councilwoman Beth Kistner, lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgendered individuals would be included under certain city anti-discrimination statutes.
