Conflict Over Sign Plan Finds Compromise In Creve Coeur

A revised Saul Mirowitz Day School sign plan passed Planning and Zoning muster after initial concerns.

Representatives from the Saul Mirowitz Day School have won first round City Council approval of a revised sign plan for the new school located in the former Solomon Schechter Day School on the campus of Congregation 

, before the school returned with a plan that officials said was a better fit for the existing signage on site. 

The new sign plan, which eliminates proposed light-pole banners, was approved by Planning and Zoning Commission members and won first round City Council approval Monday night.
