Monday's agenda includes scheduled votes on ordinances to put office, commercial and institutional trash collection times in line with residential pickup, beginning at 7 a.m. Residents have expressed concern that haulers, who are currently able to begin at 6 a.m., were actually starting earlier than that, and were causing noise concerns for residential areas.
The council could take action on a proposal to buy "Series A" notes of the Olive-Graeser Transportation Development District. It is also scheduled to give second reading to a bill which would allow and will hear an update on a proposal to have Creve Coeur featured in
