However, the March 12th and 26th Council meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:30 due to extended work sessions to review the CIP.

Request to solicit a donation in the amount of $2,500 each from Monsanto Corporation and Isle of Capri, on behalf of the St. Louis Area Police Chief's Association (SLAPCA) Summary: The St. Louis Area Police Chief’s Association holds a memorial breakfast annually in an effort to recognize the Police Officers who have died in the line of duty. The event requires sponsors to help pay the expenses of the breakfast as well as creating an opportunity for SLAPCA to raise money for operating expenses as well as making annual donations to different charities.

Summary: An ordinance amending the adopted 2011-2012 General, Enterprise and Capital Fund budgets for the City of Creve Coeur.

Conditional Use Permit For Used-Only Automotive Dealer At 10623 Baur Boulevard. First Reading Summary: An application was submitted by Wally Overstreet, owner of Classic Cars Plus, LLC D/B/A “Overstreet House of Cars”, for a conditional use permit for the sale of used automobiles, where all activity will occur inside the building at 10623 Baur Boulevard. Section 405.380(C), all used-only automotive dealers in the “LI” Light Industrial zoning district require the issuance of a conditional use permit as provided in Section 405.1070, Conditional Use Permits. Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approved on February 21, 2012.
4. BillNo.5362-AnOrdinanceRepealingOrdinanceNumber1851And Authorizing The Issuance Of A New Conditional Use Permit For A Restaurant Within The CityPlace Retail Located At 11615 Olive Boulevard. First Reading
Summary: Section 405.370(C), all eating and drinking places in the “CB”, Commercial zoning district require the issuance of a conditional use permit as provided in Section 405.1070, Conditional Use Permits. Ordinance #1851, was approved by the City Council on March 10, 1997, for the operation of a 1,500 sq. ft. food service establishment within Provisions Marketplace. An application was submitted by Jose Sanabria, of John W. Lister, Architect., on behalf of Todd Stimson of Potbelly Sandwich Works, for a 2,418 sq. ft. restaurant in a portion of the former Provisions

Marketplace. Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approved on February 21, 2012.
5. ResolutionNo.995-AResolutionOfTheCityCouncilOfTheCityOf Creve Coeur, Missouri Authorizing The Execution Of A Contract With N. B. West Contracting Company For The Conway Road Resurfacing Project For The Amount Of $732,740.90.
Summary: City staff has reviewed the bids for the Conway Road Resurfacing Project and recommends retaining the services of N. B. West Contracting Company for the work. This project will receive federal reimbursement for approximately 80% of the construction cost.
6. ResolutionNo.996-AResolutionOfTheCityCouncilOfTheCityOf Creve Coeur, Missouri, Authorizing The Execution Of The Necessary Documents For Submitting The Project Proposal Application And Later For Executing An Agreement For A Grant-In-Aid From The Federal Transportation Improvement Program Grant Commission As An STP -S Application For The Coeur De Ville Lane Improvement Project.
Summary: City staff recommends the pursuit of a federal STP grant to fund up to 80% of the design and construction costs involved with pavement and sidewalk improvements to Coeur de Ville Lane.
7. ResolutionNo.997-AResolutionOfTheCityCouncilOfTheCityOf Creve Coeur, Missouri, Authorizing The Execution Of A Contract With Murphy Lawn And Landscape, LLC, For The Purchase And Installation Of Trees And Bushes For The 2012, 2013, And 2014 Calendar Years.
Summary: City staff has reviewed the bids received for tree and bush planting services and recommends that the City hire Murphy's Lawn and Landscape, LLC, to provide these services for 2012-2014. These planting services include trees planted through the City's Street Tree Planting Program.

BUSINESS FROM CITY ADMINISTRATOR 9.    Deer Mitigation Program Review
Summary: Staff will review the first season of the city's deer bow hunting program.
10.Submittal of Capital Improvement Plan 2013-2017 Summary: City staff will distribute the proposed Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for 2013 through 2017. Extended work sessions for review of the draft CIP are scheduled for March 12 and 26.
Pursuant to Section 610.022 RSMo., the City Council could, at any time during the meeting, vote to close the public meeting and move to closed session to discuss matters relating to litigation, legal actions and/or communications from the City Attorney as provided under Section 610.021(1) RSMo. and/or personnel matters under Section 610.021(13) RSMo. And/or employee matters under Section 610.021(3) RSMo. and/or real estate matters under Section 610.021(2) or other matters as permitted by Chapter 610.
