Newly-Elected Council Members To Be Sworn In Monday

Creve Coeur City Administrator Mark Perkins will also distribute the city's proposed budget for 2014 Monday night.

The Creve Coeur City Council will add two new faces when representatives for Wards 1 and Ward 2 are sworn in Monday night. Cynthia Kramer and Ellen Lawrence step into those seats respectively following their election earlier this month. Ward 3's Charlotte D'Alfonso and Ward 4's Scott Saunders will also be sworn in to second terms after running unopposed.

A reception honoring the new council members is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Government Center.

The newly-constituted body will also vote to elect a President, who has a role in helping to vet appointments to volunteer city committees and who also presides over council meetings when the Mayor is not present.
