Parkway Schools: Newcomer Beats Both Incumbents

Appelbaum upsets the cart—for a big win.

Ballwin resident Kim Appelbaum, the non-incumbent in a three person field for two Parkway School District Board seats, bested both incumbents once unofficial results were tallied Tuesday.

Chesterfield resident Beth Feldman retained a seat.

Efforts to reach any of the candidates for comment late Tuesday were unsuccessful.
