Participate 2012: This Time We Have A Race In Pattonville
Three candidates have already filed to run for two open seats next April.
Three candidates filed Tuesday for seats on the Pattonville School District Board of Education. Filing for the April election started Tuesday and runs until January 17.
Incumbents Jeanne Schottmueller of Bridgeton and Ralph Stahlhut of Maryland Heights will vie to retain their seats, while newcomer Michael Bailey of Bridgeton hopes to gain a spot on the school board.

In 2011, the school district did not have to hold a board election because the declared number of candidates matched the number of open seats.
