Possible Bank & Restaurant Development Plan To Come Before City Planners

The Olive Blvd. proposal will be reviewed by Creve Coeur's Planning and Zoning Commission later this month.

On June 20, Planning and Zoning Commission members will hear about a proposal to rezone a patch of land on the city's western border with Chesterfield for retail development.

The plan would use a minimum of five acres of land in the now-defunct Village du Lac residential area at 13150 Olive Boulevard for 10,000 square feet of retail purposes. Blueprints on file with the city indicate a footprint on the site fit for a bank and a single story restaurant.

City planners have not received any indications as to which tenants might occupy the property.
