Ward 1 Town Hall Meetings Set For This Week

There are two chances this week to offer feedback about what's going in Creve Coeur, specifically in Ward 1.

Creve Coeur residents who want to voice their opinion about hot topics facing Ward 1 in the eastern-most part of the city are invited to a pair of Town Hall meetings slated for this week.

"A Ward 1 Town Hall Meeting will be held on July 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Dielmann Recreation Center, followed by an additional Ward 1 Town Hall Meeting the next morning, July 11, at 7:30 a.m. at the Government Center," according to the city's website.

David Kreuter and Cynthia Kramer are Ward 1's representatives on City Council and told Patch they're looking for feedback about zoning issues, trash collection and what residents would think about a reduction in city utility tax rates.

David Caldwell, who Kramer defeated at the polls in April, has posted a column to his website talking about a need to address something of a "forgotten corner" in the ward between Spoede and Mosley

What do you think are the most important issues facing Ward 1?
