The recipes are simple and easy to put together, and most use basic ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry or fridge. Some are make-ahead dishes, which are even easier!

The photographs are gorgeous – I wanted to have breakfast every single day, all day long! And, even though author Kriss Royer is an innkeeper, nearly all the recipes are or can be scaled down to serve a family instead of a crowd. This cookbook is one to which you’ll turn repeatedly, for breakfast or dinner or
