“Husband and wife PI team Helen Hawthorne and Phil Sagemont both have their hands full, but only Helen has to carry drink trays – as part of her latest undercover assignment as a stewardess on a private yacht….”

Another fantastic read from St. Louis’ own Elaine Viets! Once again, Elaine doesn’t disappoint, and neither does Helen, the heroine of the Dead-End Jobs mystery series. This eleventh book of the series involves Helen and her husband Phil in two mysteries, with two clients. Helen quickly finds her sea-legs and sets about solving a murder along with finding the identity of a Caribbean smuggler; Phil has fun playing vintage gumshoe while acting as an estate steward.

As always, we look forward to Elaine’s new release, coming to a local bookstore in May!
