Creve Coeur Principals Retiring At Year's End

Parkway Northeast Middle School Principal Kim Brandon channeled her inner-Ray Lewis in making the announcement.

Several new principals will be gracing the halls of public and private schools in Creve Coeur beginning in August.

Parkway Northeast Middle School Principal Dr. Kim Brandon shared the news with her staff last week. In a note to the school community that went out Monday, she quoted Baltimore Ravens Linebacker Ray Lewis, who announced his retirement effective at the end of the NFL season. "All things that start have an end.”

After 14 years at the school, Brandon said the decision was bittersweet. "While I am excited about trying something new, I am sad about walking away from the one thing that has given my work purpose for the past 26 years—kids."
