Pattonville High Stadium On Track for Fall 2012 Finish

The district's director of facilities said the school's new football field will be ready for the next season

football season without a stadium is over, and the Pirates are on schedule to have a new home in 2012. David Winslow, director of facilities for Pattonville School District, said the new athletic buildings are on track for a mid to late September 2012 opening.

The school district has worked its way through the Maryland Heights permit process, Winslow said, and is moving forward on construction. Builders have poured walls for a new utility building and constructed elevator shafts for the stadium.

Construction has seen minor setbacks due to the rain, Winslow said. However, the building schedule hasn’t been affected. The track should be ready by March, the field at the beginning of next school year and the aquatics building by mid to late September
