Anna LaBlanc, the girls varsity swim coach said girls were screaming in the halls with excitement prior to Friday's practice at the pool as they ran down the hall and jumped into the pool together, holding hands. Pattonville's teams previously practiced at the Bridgeton Community Pool.

Now, other community swim clubs and organizations, including Parkway Swim Club and Lindenwood University will use Pattonville's facility for training, practice and classes which will cover the pool's operational costs.
