Pattonville Updates Behavioral Guidelines

The high school, POSITIVE School and middle schools will have an updated behavior guide for students in the 2012-2013 school year.

The Pattonville School Board voted to update the district’s behavior guides at its April 24 meeting. The district’s , and POSITIVE behavior guides will have a few amendments for the 2012-2013, including updates geared toward technology.

Donette Green told the board that district officials recommended the updates with input from school administrator teams at all three levels.

The high school and POSITIVE School guidelines included definitions on hacking and piracy. Green told Patch that district officials added the new language in anticipation of its iLearn technology program—a program that could put laptop computers in every student’s hand.
