Whitfield Graduates A Senior Class 73 Strong

The Creve Coeur school's Class of 2012 included members who were accomplished in the classroom, in the community and in the athletic arena.

Members of the Class of 2012 made their way one by one into the Cady Athletic Center one last time as students at the Creve Coeur school Wednesday night. For the record, one-time Creve Coeur Patch Whiz Kid was first in the procession.

They made their way in, one by one, the boys in shirts, coats and ties, the ladies in white gowns.

Senior Class President Anthony Minorini spoke to the audience about what his class had achieved, as well as the legacy it will leave behind, along with a few gifts: An HDTV, an endowment the class will contribute to as alumni, and a memorial plaque to honor the late , a popular teacher who died in September following a car accident in August.
