You Have Questions For Parkway's New Boss, Patch Can Get Answers

New superintendent settling into the top job.

New Keith Marty is meeting with area media this week as he settles into his new role.

Marty was named the district's new superintendent in late January following a nationwide months-long search. Marty was most recently the superintendent of Menomonee Falls School District in suburban Milwaukee. He signed a three-year contract with Parkway; his starting salary is $220,000 per year.

Marty has visited the school district several times since being named superintendent. He previously told Patch that he will get started by getting to know people throughout the district and learning more about the issues facing Parkway. He's also eager to implement plans from Project Parkway, a multi-year districtwide strategic planning effort.
