Bradley Beal's NBA Combine Workout Will Be Nationally Televised

The Chaminade graduate and likely top 10 draft pick will go through the paces at an NBA camp in Chicago Thursday and Friday.

The draft process for would-be pro athletes is really a glorified meat market. And, just as in the NFL, the process for evaluating who's who leading up to the NBA Draft is going to be televised.

Starting Thursday and stretching into Friday, the top potential draftees, including former standout Bradley Beal, will get to show how well they can navigate a series of agility drills. ESPNU will have the coverage, starting Thursday at 9 a.m. and continuing until Friday, also at 9 a.m.

The network also plans interviews with the top prospects and league executives.

Beal talked about the pre-draft process with NBA Draft Express in an interview published Tuesday.
