Whitfield School Baseball Field Dedication
The highly anticipated home-opener of Whitfield's baseball season will be on Saturday, April 2, 2011. All families, friends and alumni of Whitfield School are invited to attend this event, which will include the grand opening of the School's newly renovated baseball facility, Ullman Field. Jerry and Susan Ullman (Trevor '11) generously provided the lead gift for the project.
The festivities will begin at 11:00 AM with a party on Whitfield's back parking lot. Free hot dogs, snacks and beverages will be available to help families and fans celebrate this special occasion for Whitfield athletics.
A brief opening ceremony and field dedication will take place at approximately 11:45 AM just before the start of the varsity game.

The action will begin at noon, with Whitfield's varsity boys taking on their longtime rival, John Burroughs.
The junior varsity game, also against Burroughs, will begin at 2:00 PM.
