Whitfield Wrestlers Notch 12th District Title In Last 13 Years
Nine wrestlers from the Creve Coeur school will aim for state titles in Columbia this weekend.
Whitfield’s wrestling team won the Class 1, District 1 title on Saturday, February 9, 2013. This is the Warriors’ 12th district title in the past 13 seasons. Whitfield individual district champions include: Connor Broyles '16, Kurtis Hahn '16, Rodney Hahn '14, Will Hahn '13, Bobby Hawkins '15, Andy McLaughlin '15, and Chris Wilkes '13.
Whitfield state qualifiers include: Connor Broyles '16, Kurtis Hahn '16, Rodney Hahn '14, Will Hahn '13, Bobby Hawkins '15, Andy McLaughlin '14, Saad Raza '14, Derrick Swaney '14, and Chris Wilkes '13.
The Warriors will defend their state title on February 14-16, 2013 at Mizzou Arena.
