Parkway Taxes, Road Work & Coffee With The Mayor

A look at what's going on around Creve Coeur this week.

Welcome to a busy week of activity in and around Creve Coeur Patch. Here are a few things we thought you should know about what's coming up.

Monday night, the Parkway School District Board of Education holds a 6:30 p.m. public hearing ahead of a 7 p.m. vote on 2013 property tax rates. You can read the background here.

Monday is also the last day for Creve Coeur's Silver Screen Series.

Tuesday, road work on Chasselle Lane is scheduled to begin with a completion date expected in November.

Thursday is your chance to chat about with Creve Coeur Mayor Barry Glantz about whatever is on your mind. Head over to the Government Center, starting at 7:30 a.m.

Friday night begins a big weekend of high school football, with Parkway North visiting Parkway Central, CBC visiting Chaminade, and SLUH at De Smet Jesuit. Saturday, Ladue welcomes Affton for a Homecoming showdown.
