Kenneth Morgan of Olivette has made pleas or been found guilty in a trio of DWI cases in St. Louis County dating back to 1999.
An Olivette man faces a fourth DWI charge after Creve Coeur Police pulled him over for failing to drive in a single lane on Olive Road in the early morning hours Dec. 27. Kenneth Morgan, 42, of the 1100 block of Crockett Drive in Olivette, was charged Dec. 27 with driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, a class C felony. Creve Coeur Police said officers saw that Morgan could not maintain a single lane while driving on Olive Road near Cross Creek Drive at about 1:20 a.m. Dec. 27. The officer said Morgan had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, strong odor of alcohol on his breath and swayed and stumbled when he attempted to walk. A St. Louis County man faces his third DWI charge since 2000 after a Clayton police officer pulled him over at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday on Clayton Road. Police said the man’s blood-alcohol content measured at .243, more than three times the legal limit. Christopher Heil, 45, of the 1400 block of Willowbrooke Drive in unincorporated St. Louis County between Creve Coeur and Maryland Heights, was charged with driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, a class C felony. Heil previously pleaded guilty to DWI on June 28, 2011 and Jan. 25, 2000. He also pleaded guilty to driving with excessive blood-alcohol content on March 21, 2001.
