Update: The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Heather Lundstrom won both the 100 Yard Butterfly and the 500 Freestyle in Saturday's championship round of the girls state swimming and diving meet in St. Peters. Original Story: Those who win individual state swim titles get their photograph in the program that is sold at the championships the next year. Senior Heather Lundstrom had two photos in this year’s book for winning the 200 yard individual medley and the 100 yard butterfly in 2012. Lundstrom is back to strike gold again Saturday in the 38th renewal of these championships held at the Rec-Plex in St. Peters.
