A customer is accused of urinating outside the Commerce Bank in Creve Coeur Saturday.
A woman described in a Creve Coeur Police call for service report as an "elderly blonde female" has been issued a police summons for indecent exposure at a Creve Coeur bank. According to the report, the woman, a Commerce Bank customer, "pulled her pants down and urinated" in the vestibule of the bank before entering the building at 12275 Olive Boulevard on December 8 at approximately 9:00 a.m. Police responded and took a report at the scene while issuing a summons for indecent exposure. A Police spokesman said the Creve Coeur City Attorney is still considering a formal charge in the case. Authorities are reminding residents not to leave vehicles unlocked.
Creve Coeur Police issued the following email blast to the community Monday after 8 unlocked cars were "ransacked" in the Tealwood subdivision on the city's south side and one vehicle, a Honda minivan, was stolen. Attention Creve Coeur Residents: During the early morning of October 22, vehicles were ransacked while parked in their driveways and on the streets of residential areas off Lindbergh Blvd. The Creve Coeur Police Department wishes to remind you of the following: 1. Remove all valuables from your vehicle. 2. Lock your doors. 3. Do not leave keys in your vehicle. 4. Report any and all suspicious activity to the police IMMEDIATELY. 10/07/2012 Minor fight between two males at the Ivy Motel, 10143 Old Olive Street Road. One man was arrested on an assault charge and issued a summons. 10/9/2012 A traffic stop in the 11900 block of Olive Boulevard led to an arrest for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 10/10/2012 Three laptops were reported stolen at Esse Health, 11630 Studt Ave. The case is under investigation. In a ceremony Thursday afternoon at the Creve Coeur Government Center, Creve Coeur Police Sergeant Tim Koncki was named the department's "Officer of The Quarter. In a narrative read by Police Chief Glenn Eidman in front of assembled city staff and residents, Koncki was recognized for his efforts to help stop an apparent case of domestic assault. According to Chief Eidman, Koncki was driving home after a 10 hour day on September 4 when he saw a man hit a woman he was walking with in the head with an open hand and then again with a closed fist. Eidman said Koncki called for backup and made a U-turn to get to the scene. The man was arrested on a domestic assault charge. Aaron Russell has a St. Louis County Court hearing scheduled for October 31.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney has charged Aaron Russell, of St. Louis, with a Class C Felony count of assaulting a law enforcement officer after Creve Coeur Police said Russell attempted to hit an officer with a car September 13. A police spokesman said it started when a postal delivery came to an apartment but was not addressed to Russell, who then followed the carrier back to the U.S. Post Office on North New Ballas Road. Postal officials then called in a report of a suspicious person to authorities and when an officer responded, police allege Russell attempted to hit the officer with a car. The car, police said, went in reverse and stalled on a curb, where it was boxed in by other police units which had responded to the …

The Creve Coeur Police department is investigating a series of thefts from cars which have been reported since August 31. In the department's latest criminal activity report: The thefts prompted an email alert from Police to city residents Wednesday: In the past week, Creve Coeur has had numerous thefts from unlocked vehicles. Below is a summary of these crimes: Between August 31, 2012 and September 5, 2012 during overnight hours, more than 40 unlocked vehicles were rummaged through. Creve Coeur Police are warning residents to be on alert for people posing as water company employees. The warning comes after residents in Creve Coeur and Ladue reported suspicious activity this week from men posing as utility workers.
