Richard leaves competition behind at cyclocross
Gina Richard's life has seen some trying times. About a decade ago, her divorce was becoming final. Her stress level was high. Her weight was up as well. She stopped getting on the scale when she hit 180. Faced with a pile of problems, she decided to do something anyone might in her place. She went for a walk to clear her head. That modest circuit around the block reduced her stress level. It wasn't long before her strolls lengthened to encompass her neighborhood and eventually, the local park.
