Man Charged As Aggravated DWI Offender In Creve Coeur

An Olivette man faces a fourth DWI charge after Creve Coeur Police pulled him over for failing to drive in a single lane on Olive Road in the early morning hours Dec. 27. Kenneth Morgan, 42, of the 1100 block of Crockett Drive in Olivette, was charged Dec. 27 with driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, a class C felony. Creve Coeur Police said officers saw that Morgan could not maintain a single lane while driving on Olive Road near Cross Creek Drive at about 1:20 a.m. Dec. 27. The officer said Morgan had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, strong odor of alcohol on his breath and swayed and stumbled when he attempted to walk.
