Planning Panel Talks East Olive Property Monday

Complete Video is moving down the street to make way for the Goddard School.

The city of Creve Coeur's Planning and Zoning Commission Monday night will consider a minor site development plan for what will be the new home for Complete Video & Music at 11100 Olive Boulevard.  The business, which specializes in audio/visual needs for weddings and special events, has been in Creve Coeur since 1984, first as a home-based operation and later in the plaza near Fountain Park before settling in at 11224 Olive Boulevard. Owner Dan Sims is moving just a bit further east on Olive to the former Hi-Fi-Fo-Fum property at Mary Meadows Lane. Work is already underway to bring the building up to existing code.
