Just in time for the start of an abbreviated National Hockey League season, Creve Coeur-based 101 ESPN has made a change to bolster the station's puck coverage. Jeremy Rutherford, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Blues Hockey Beat writer, joins the station as a "Blues Insider", contributing analysis on the station's broadcasts. He was heard on the station's airwaves Monday. On the air, the station revealed he'll also host St. Louis Faceoff Today on the station, Sundays from 12 p.m.-2 p.m, with St. Louis Blues play-by-play announcer John Kelly.
