Creve Coeur Police said the pair were also operating a massage business.
Creve Coeur Police have now identified the women arrested earlier this month and charged in a prostitution investigation. Ju H. Ba and Lan P. Zhang were each charged with municipal counts related to operating without a Massage Therapist's permit, a Massage business permit and a City Business permit, in addition to prostitution. The women were arrested January 10 at Warson Village Apartments.
