Creve Coeur authorities have investigated several cases involving people either exposing themselves or "flashing" others in recent months.
Creve Coeur Police are investigating what is at least the fourth case involving indecent exposure in recent months. The latest happened May 14 at Starbucks when a person saw a man in a car exposing himself. A police spokesman said the witness provided a description of the vehicle, allowing authorities to identify a "person of interest" in the case. Police say they continue to investigate all the open cases involving indecent exposure. A man suspected of exposing himself twice in the Bellerive Plaza shopping center in February was arrested earlier this year. With Christmas 2012 over, one reality check is that the looming "fiscal cliff" deadline is just a few days away. On December 31, tax cuts dating to the George W. Bush presidential term are scheduled to expire, and President Obama and congressional leaders have not reached a compromise. Of course, that means tax bills would increase for many middle- and upper-class taxpayers. And that means paycheck withholding for many workers would change, leaving them with less take-home pay in the new year. -- Do you think President Obama and Congress will reach a "fiscal cliff" deal? How would a tax increase affect your spending? Share your thoughts in the comments below. Apparently, though, there will be no immediate change in withholding tables, …

Sure, you can head to any store and pay $20 for a $20 gift card—or you can up your game and get more card for your buck. Kim Julian, a St. Louis-based author who operates stlmommy.com, suggests trying plasticjungle.com to check for bargains. “They offer anywhere from 10 to 50 percent off of gift cards,” said Julian, who links to some of the better deals on her site. “Sites like Groupon or livingsocial.com, the way they increase their database is to offer good deals on gift cards. The beauty in that is that, although they’re building their database, you can always unsubscribe if gets to be hassle.” …
