West County Part of Growing Resale Store Trend in Retail
Post-Dispatch notes rise of retailers such as Savers and thrift shops such as Red Racks in west county communities.
With retailers such as Savers and Red Racks opening shops in West County, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch has taken note of the trend, reporting that other retailers are watching carefully, doing more advertising and considering expansions. The Post-Dispatch report mentioned the opening of Savers in Ellisville with plans to open another one in the former Barnes & Noble in Crestwood. Creve Coeur, Ballwin, Eureka and Chesterfield either now have new resale retailers or are about to see new ones opens. Red Racks just opened in Ballwin and has plans to open a store in Creve Coeur.
