The Fish Experts are Preparing for Lent

Lent is quickly approaching. Here is a list of local places offering fish on Fridays for our Patch readers in Creve Coeur.

American Legion Post 397 On Fridays during Lent, the American Legion Post 397 is having a fish fry.  Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner is from 4:30 p.m. to 8p.m.. During lunch fried catfish ($5), cod ($5) and salmon ($4) sandwiches are offered. The menu for lunch is à la carte,  sides ($1) offered are cole slaw, baked beans, spaghetti, hush puppies and chips. French fries ($1.50)are also available. During dinner they serve catfish ($7) and cod ($7) sandwich plates, which include two sides.
