2012 MLS Cup TV Listings: Houston Dynamo vs. LA Galaxy
There are lots of Creve Coeur ties to the Major League Soccer finals, along with what will be David Beckham's swan song in U.S. pro soccer.
For the second straight season, the Houston Dynamo and the LA Galaxy will square off for the top prize in men's American pro soccer, the MLS Cup. And that means another chance to catch several Creve Coeur prep soccer alums on the field in what will also be David Beckham's last pro match in the U.S. Brad Davis (Chaminade) and Will Bruin (De Smet Jesuit) once again play signficant roles for Houston, while Pat Noonan (De Smet Jesuit) is expected to come off the bench for Los Angeles. LA Galaxy Vice President Chris Klein is also a De Smet Jesuit graduate who won an MLS Cup in 2000. Davis and Bruin will look to avenge last year's final, a 1-0 Galaxy win.
