Lisa Andrews, Neighbor

Lisa Andrews graduated in 2009 from Occidental College in Los Angeles with a degree in Art History and Visual Arts. While at Occidental, she was a staff writer for the Occidental Weekly, covering events both on campus and in the wider urban community. An internship with a BBC News television production in Los Angeles made her want to pursue a career in documentary filmmaking, which would combine her love of learning, reporting, and making images. Lisa attended high school in St. Louis and is looking forward to staying attuned to what is happening in her community through writing for Patch.
