Parkway Offers New Free Mobile App
Have you downloaded the Parkway School District's new mobile phone app? Here are seven things the new technology offers to save you time.
The Parkway School District has a new, free mobile app which the district says allows parents and students to connect with their school and access all of the information they need from their phone.
You can download the free Parkway mobile app today. It's available in the Apple App store or the Google Play store.
Following are seven things you might not know that you can do with the new app, according to a district news release.
- View school supply lists, follow the superintendent or offer feedback on the district.
- Add lunch money to your account by clicking on "mySchoolBucks" or view the lunch menu for every school.
- Access grades and attendance information.
- Receive notifications on school closings and late breaking news.
- Send an email to a teacher or staff member through the staff directory.
- You can click on calendars to view all district and school calendars. You can also personalize your feed by choosing only your school or schools and then add events directly to your mobile calendar.
- Get the latest on your sports team, including reading the news and the score of the game or view standings on your Parkway team. You can also shop your team store from your mobile app.
