Patch has covered the work of Parkway North graduate Eric Greitens in his role as founder of The Mission Continues, an organization dedicated to helping members of the military find avenues to serve in local communities when their roles defending the country have come to an end.
This weekend, that work continues with a pair of high-profile events. The organization is involved with rehabbing the Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis in North St. Louis. On Sunday, veterans will be recognized in a ceremony prior to the St. Louis Cardinals game against the San Diego Padres when they will commit to serving area non-profits.
